Two services, one platform

Hotspot and PPPoE billing

Walk-in customers and fixed monthly subscribers are different businesses. Kadili Cloud keeps them separate, with the workflow each one actually needs.

Hotspot Billing

For shops, hostels, cafés and public WiFi.

  • Create packages with time, data and speed limits
  • Generate and manage vouchers, including printing
  • Customers pay online from the captive portal
  • Confirmed payment connects the customer automatically
  • RADIUS handles authentication and accounting
  • Optional free trial, capped and enforced server-side

PPPoE Billing

For fixed home and office customers on a monthly plan.

  • Create plans with a set speed and billing period
  • Issue each customer their own username and password
  • Speed profiles applied automatically through RADIUS
  • Service stops on expiry and resumes on renewal
  • Suspend or reactivate a customer immediately
  • Session accounting recorded per customer
Getting started

From new router to paying customers

Setting up a router is a single paste. There are no portal files to upload and nothing to drag into Winbox.

1

Add your router

Name it and tell Kadili Cloud which port faces your internet line. Add as many routers as you run.

2

Set up services

Create hotspot packages or PPPoE plans in plain numbers — shillings, hours and Mbps.

3

Connect payments

Link your mobile money gateway so customer payments reconcile on their own.

4

Serve customers

Paste one generated script into the router. The captive portal is served for you.

The script is safe to run more than once, and it never removes your Winbox access — even if the management tunnel has not come up yet.

Capabilities

Everything the day-to-day needs

The tools an operator reaches for on a Tuesday afternoon, not a list of buzzwords.

Multi-router management

Run every site from one account. Packages, customers and transactions stay scoped to the router they belong to.

Vouchers

Generate, print or send codes by SMS. Track which are sold, used and still on the shelf.

Payments

Customers pay from the portal through your own gateway. Payments reconcile automatically, even if a callback is missed.

RADIUS

Authentication and accounting for both hotspot and PPPoE sessions, with per-package speed and time limits.

SMS

Deliver vouchers, send notifications and warn PPPoE customers before renewal. Queued with retry handling.

Agents

Give staff their own login to sell on your behalf, limited by the existing permissions model.

Reports

Sales, transactions, customers and packages — broken down by router so you know which site earns.

Router health

See which sites are reachable, which are partially configured and which need attention.

Remote access

Reach the RouterOS API on any of your routers over a secure management tunnel.

Under the hood

Built for networks you cannot always reach

Most operator routers sit behind a carrier NAT with no public address. The platform is designed around that, not in spite of it.

WireGuard management tunnel

Each router joins an encrypted tunnel with its own key pair and address. Management traffic never crosses the public internet in the clear.

Works behind CGNAT

The router dials out, so no public IP, port forward or dynamic DNS is needed at the site.

RADIUS authentication

Sessions are authorised and accounted centrally, so limits and expiry are enforced by the network rather than by the portal page.

Reseller and router isolation

Every record is scoped to its owner. One account's routers, customers and settings are never visible to another.

Requirements

What you need to start

No special hardware. If you already run a hotspot, you almost certainly have all of this.

  • One or more MikroTik routers running RouterOS 6.45 or newer
  • An internet connection at each site — CGNAT is fine
  • Winbox access to paste the setup script once per router
  • A mobile money account to receive customer payments
